ReachOut Network at it again....

Reachout is an organisation base on youth empowerment creating avenues for youths voice to be heard and a platform for vocational skills. They are setting out in the new year with reaching out to the less privilegded by showing them some sense of belonging. Its a programme to spread out to young ones that needs help.
